Set of 11 high quality Japanese made edge-cut nut and saddle files.
Sizes: 0.010", 0.013", 0.016", 0.024", 0.028", 0.032", 0.036", 0.042", 0.046", 0.050", 0.056".
Designed to cut smooth, rounded-bottom slots to properly seat strings. They also work well for slotting tune-o-matic bridge saddles.
Use a file gauge that is not more than a couple thousandths larger than the gauge of string you are using.
Smaller files can be used to create wider slots by using a side-to-side movement while cutting.
